Ikosi-Isheri LCDA proudly welcomed Noella Foundation, founded by Mrs. Layal Tinubu, wife of Mr. Seyi Tinubu (son of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria), for a special empowerment outreach to senior citizens and pregnant mothers.

The program provided essential care packages, health information, and words of encouragement to those who hold and nurture the core of our community — our elders and mothers-to-be.

Graciously hosted by Mayoress Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada, the initiative demonstrated how meaningful partnerships between local government and private foundations can directly improve lives at the grassroots level. The Mayoress expressed heartfelt appreciation to Noella Foundation for recognizing the needs of vulnerable groups and stepping in with impactful support.
