The Mayoress of Ikosi-Isheri LCDA, Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada, today led the official flag-off of the Electronic Birth Registration Program, an initiative of Ikosi-Isheri LCDA in collaboration with the Lagos State Government through the Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy, and Rural Development, aimed at strengthening data accuracy and improving access to essential child-related services.

She also sensitized nursing mothers on the importance of exclusive breastfeeding, noting its vital role in child development and overall well-being, while reaffirming the council’s commitment to promoting healthier families and a more efficient, technology-driven local government system.
