The Mayoress of Ikosi-Isheri LCDA, Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada (MNIM) has been honoured with a Distinguished Award of Excellence by the Forum of 36 States and FCT Chairmen of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN).

Presented by the Forum Chairman, Engr. Adigun Ibrahim Olalekan (MNSE), the award recognizes the Mayoress as a leading advocate of youth empowerment and a foremost supporter of youth-driven initiatives.

The NYCN Forum described the Mayoress as a visionary leader whose consistent investments in youth development continue to make measurable impact across Lagos State and beyond.
